- This site is built for education and market research. It is not a brokerage, not a trading platform, and it does not take custody of funds.
- Most tools run client-side and may store preferences locally in your browser (for example watchlists).
- Some pages fetch market data from third-party providers and public sources.
Information we may collect
1) Technical data
Like most websites, our server and security layers may log basic request data for reliability and abuse prevention.
- IP address, device/browser type, referring page, and timestamps
- Pages requested and general performance/error logs
2) Local preferences
Some tools store settings locally in your browser via localStorage/sessionStorage so the UI remembers your choices.
- Saved tickers / watchlists (stored on your device unless a tool explicitly says otherwise)
- UI preferences such as timeframe toggles
3) User-submitted inputs
When you type a ticker, timeframe, or calculator inputs, those values are used to compute outputs or request market data.
Third-party services and data sources
Certain pages call third-party APIs or embed content to deliver data and functionality. Those providers may receive standard request metadata.
- Market data and macro sources (for example FRED and other public feeds)
- News sources and sentiment providers where applicable
- TradingView links and embeds from TradingView for indicators
We do not control third-party privacy practices. Review their policies if you rely on their data.
Cookies
This site may use essential cookies (or equivalent storage) for basic operation and to remember preferences. If analytics are enabled in the future, we will update this policy accordingly.
Data retention
Server logs, if collected, are retained only as long as necessary for security, debugging, and service reliability, then rotated or deleted.
